A perfect place to explore Milan on foot. Central, top service (thanks for sending my girlfriend's boots to us to Germany), great breakfast (the freshly squeezed orange juice from red oranges is world class). The rooms are clean,but small , all technology is available and very quiet. Next door is an underground parking garage with service (the guys park your car and also get it out of the underground catacombs).

Corner Duomo is a stand-out Milan hotel with everything going for it: service, friendliness, amenities, fabulous design, and a perfect location. When we checked in, we were greeted by Antonio, who provided great service and recommended several restaurants. The woman and others at the front desk were very helpful at every stage of our stay. The hotel is conveniently located near The Duomo, the Galleria Vittorio, and the Golden Quad... all within easy walking distance. The design of the hotel is modern and chic, with the most stylish appointments throughout, including the rooms. Conveniently located on the sixth floor is a lovely bistro for made-to-order breakfast (plus buffet) and late-night simple dining. It was our first visit to Milan and Lake Cuomo, and we fell in love with the experience. The Corner Duomo Hotel was the hub of our trip and provided the superior creature comforts all travelers need.

Stay away - possible bedbugs! We booked this hotel because of the online reviews, but this place is a mess. We faced massive cleanliness issues during our stay, including: red smears and urine stains on the bedding, hairs on the bed, dust everywhere, and suspicious marks on the toilet and shower. The most unnerving were small red droplets on the mattress that appeared to be blood - which is a telltale sign of bedbugs. I asked both the front desk manager and bellboy if they've ever had bedbugs. They gave strange answers and avoided the question. The manager told me "usually not." When I asked him to clarify, he said "No, but they have their sheets taken to an outside company, so it's out of our control." Even beyond this, we were really disappointed with the hotel. The walls are paper thin, so it's noisy, and the front lobby is equivalent to a car repair shop waiting room. We cancelled the rest of our stay, and moved our reservation to the Radisson, which was head and shoulders a better experience. On top of that, even though we only stayed 12 hours, they refused to give us a full refund. They really don't care about their customers, they are floating off their good location. EDIT: In regards to what the hotel responded. I emailed them privately to address these issues and the hotel minimized them, saying that they’re a rust stains from their laundry provider. Clearly not all of these are rust stains, since some are yellow urine circles, and some are on the mattress themselves. Also, it’s a major problem if their laundry provider is carelessly handling the bedding. I emailed them back twice telling them this and kindly requested a refund and they ignored both emails. We also did NOT stay in an upgraded suite that night, like they allude to. They said there were no other rooms available, although, to be fair they did offer to upgrade us for future nights if we decided not to cancel our reservation. However, at that point, we did not feel comfortable staying in the building.
